Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • In its original condition

    • In its original packaging

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect or non-matching items

Important Notes

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases of our error.

  • Orders refused during inspection due to product mismatch are not subject to any charges.
